Research publications on Farm Animal Welfare

A key aim of the Animal Welfare Standards Project has been to support regional capacity building in Animal Welfare through the growth of professional and scientific expertise. Under 6 key Animal Welfare themes, a series of collaborative research programs were established and carried out. In conjunction with academics at leading agricultural research universities in China, postgraduate students received specialist training and mentorship in animal welfare science, carrying out nationally relevant and high impact research.
